Conley Plocek

Conley Plocek, a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, is currently participating in the Leadership Development Program at Ryder System, Inc. Experience includes an internship at The Red Cape Company, LLC, where Conley evaluated supplier diversity programs, communicated with overseas suppliers, maintained inventory levels, and assisted with presentations. Prior experience as Head Lifeguard for the Town of Trophy Club involved training new lifeguards, implementing COVID-19 protocols, supervising patrons, and leading swim lessons for children.
