Curt Redden

Curt Redden has extensive experience in sales training and talent development, currently serving as a Sales Training and Talent Development professional at Ryder System, Inc. since August 2021. Redden also operates Primal Success, focusing on sales and leadership training and coaching. Previously held the position of Global Director of Talent Development at UPS Capital®, overseeing comprehensive learning and development initiatives from talent acquisition to leadership training. Redden's earlier roles at UPS include Director of Sales Training for North America, where evaluation and implementation of sales enablement solutions were key responsibilities, and Sr. Manager of Sales Training in China, where development of training programs for UPS operations was executed. Redden's educational background includes a BSBA in Management/HR from the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Finance and HR from Charleston Southern University.
