Ed Tobon

Ed Tobon has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Group Director of Talent Acquisition at Ryder System, Inc., where leadership of an 85+ member team includes strategic oversight of recruiting across various divisions and regions, high-volume sourcing, and onboarding. Prior roles at Ryder included Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Director of Talent Management Systems, overseeing several Talent Management Systems. Ed Tobon also has extensive military experience with the US Navy and US Navy Reserve, culminating in the rank of Commander, and has held various leadership positions. Ed Tobon is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
