Heike Dasilva

Heike DaSilva has extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as Director of Sales at Ryder System, Inc. since September 2014. In this role, Heike focuses on driving sales results and profitability while collaborating with various departments to enhance market share through client development and retention strategies. Prior to Ryder, Heike held various positions at Enterprise Car Sales and Enterprise Holdings, including Customer Development Manager and Branch Manager. Heike holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hochschule Osnabrück and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
