Jose Gutierrez is currently the Technology Account Lead at Ryder System, Inc., overseeing IT activities, projects, enhancements, resources, planning, and budget management for customer sites since April 2022. Prior to this, from March 2020 to April 2022, Jose served as a Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions, focusing on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging a deep understanding of logistics, IT, and engineering. Earlier experience includes roles at SharkNinja, where Jose progressed from Distribution Center Lead to Department Supervisor, managing teams and taking on significant responsibilities in operational oversight. Jose began the career with Adecco Staffing, USA as a Warehouse Employee, gaining experience in quality control and kitting processes. Jose holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and attended Mt. San Antonio College.
