Tom Matte has over 25 years of experience in operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as Group Logistics Manager at Ryder System, Inc. since October 2000, Tom has played a vital role in optimizing logistics processes. Prior experience includes working as an Outbound Operations Manager at Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, where responsibilities encompassed managing retail store orders and overseeing transportation logistics. Tom also held the position of Operations Manager at Lord & Taylor, managing all Distribution Center 2nd shift operations for over 200 employees. Additionally, Tom served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from November 1985 to January 1996. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business.
