Frank Raccio has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Frank started their career in 2006 as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Montowese Health and Rehabilitation. Frank then worked at Bel-Air Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as the Director of Rehabilitation from 2010 to 2011. After that, they joined Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as their Director of Rehabilitation from 2011 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Frank served as the Executive Director at Lighthouse Home Care and Companion Care. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Rehabilitation at Ryders Health Management, starting in 2021.

Frank Raccio has a diverse education history. In 1990, they began their undergraduate studies at Southern Connecticut State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Athletic Training/Trainer in 1994. Following this, Frank pursued further studies in the field of Kinesiology and Exercise Science, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree from Southern Connecticut State University between 1995 and 1998. In 2004, they attended Tunxis Community College and completed an Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2005. Finally, in 2008 and 2009, Frank attended Quinnipiac University and obtained a Certificate in Nursing Home Administrator License.
