Erica Shea

Erica Shea has a diverse work experience in sales and customer service roles. Erica started their career at BOX Partners LLC in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative, where they answered customer inquiries, entered orders, and searched for new customers. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Representative at the same company, focusing on sales activities. In 2012, Erica joined Rydin as an Inside Sales Representative, responsible for customer development, cold calling, and pricing customer orders. Erica later got promoted to Sales Manager at Rydin in March 2018.

Erica Shea attended the University of Illinois Chicago from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology. Before that, they attended City Colleges of Chicago-Richard J Daley College from 2005 to 2006, and Illinois State University from 2004 to 2005, however, they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during these periods.
