Brian Vincent

Brian Vincent has extensive experience in technical support and systems analysis, currently serving as a Systems Support Analyst I-ERP at Ryerson since April 2019, following a role as a Help Desk Analyst. Prior to Ryerson, Brian worked as a Systems Analyst at Eddie Bauer for nearly six years, focusing on providing technical support and collaborating with various departments to address operational challenges. Additional experience includes positions as a Computer Assistant at Aurora Public Library, Sales Leader at Hallmark Cards, and Sales Manager at Carson Pirie Scott, where Brian developed skills in customer service, team leadership, and inventory management. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Psychology from Aurora University as well as a Certificate in Digital Networking from Waubonsee Community College.
