Eric Silvay

Eric Silvay is a seasoned professional in application development and UI/UX design, currently serving as a Mendix UI/UX Developer at Ryerson since March 2023. Prior to this role, Eric founded and led Venture Technologies, LLC, from April 2020 to March 2023, focusing on application development in Mendix. Eric's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Application Developer at eXp Realty, Solutions Architect at Ingersoll Rand, and Lead Module Developer at Digital Risk. Eric's earlier career featured roles as Senior Front End Engineer at Bohemia Interactive Simulations and Director of Academic Support at Trilogy Education Services. Eric holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Full Sail University and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Entertainment & Video Game Development from ITT Technical Institute, along with an Associate's degree in Multimedia & Web Development.
