Frank Williams

Chief Information Officer

Frank Williams has extensive experience in the fields of e-commerce, marketing, communication, and engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager of E-Commerce, Marketing & Communication at Ryerson since June 2003, Frank has also held positions as Director of Marketing, General Manager of Sales, and Assistant General Manager, managing a $30M metal distribution center with P&L responsibility. Prior to Ryerson, Frank worked as a Senior Design Engineer at Epstein and A. Epstein & Sons, where key projects involved securing business and overseeing site design. Frank's career began at Accenture as a Business Analyst, developing software solutions for clients. Frank holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and an advanced degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
