John Davidson

John Davidson, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Compensation & HR Operations at Ryerson since July 2019, having previously held various compensation roles at Schneider Electric from 2005 to 2019, including Compensation Manager and Senior Compensation Specialist. At Schneider Electric, John managed all compensation activities for North and Central America, led the Global Salary Review campaign impacting over 100,000 employees, and coordinated the Employee Share Plan program for North America. John holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.
