Karla Cons

Karla Cons is an experienced Customer Experience Manager at Ryerson since December 2012, leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives and working closely with outside sales to drive profitable growth in the Baja-Sonora market. With 16 years of progressive management and sales experience in the metals industry, Karla previously served as the Inside Sales Team Leader at Coast Aluminum & Architectural, where contributions included initiating operations in Mexico's west region and developing quality system procedures for the Sales and Purchasing departments. Earlier roles include public relations and events management at DISMAGEN studios and senior buying positions at Parker Hannifin and Delphi Connection Systems. Karla holds a Business Administration degree from UABC and additional qualifications in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from UC San Diego, as well as a diploma in Top Management from Cetys Universidad Tijuana.
