Tony Winters

Tony Winters is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and architectural roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and previously as Vice President of Software Engineering at Rygen Technologies, Tony has led teams in developing sophisticated freight bill payment systems. Prior to Rygen, Tony held the position of Director of Software Engineering at AFS Logistics, where the focus was on creating scalable software solutions, as well as roles at Transplace and M33 Integrated Solutions, emphasizing enterprise application development and architecture. Early career experiences include web development and media management at Restoration Church. Tony holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina Upstate, along with foundational studies in computer science at Spartanburg Community College.
