Matthew Egan

Matthew Egan has extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Matthew started their career at Ryan Homes in 1998 as a Production Manager, where they worked until 2008. Matthew then joined Cornell Homes in 2009 as VP of Construction and Development, a role they held until 2013. Following that, they became Vice President of Operations at Ryland Homes from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Matthew Egan serves as the President of Benchmark Builders, Inc. since 2015.

Matthew Egan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware, studying there from 1991 to 1998. Matthew also holds a certification as a Green Building Professional from NAHB, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
