James Zeng

James Zeng has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Site Manager at Ryman Healthcare since September 2021, overseeing blocks 5 to 9 of the Hobsonville Retirement Village project, which encompasses 180 units. Prior to this role, James worked at China Construction New Zealand Limited as Site Manager for the landmark Seascape Auckland Residential project, aimed at becoming New Zealand's tallest residential tower. Earlier positions include Site Engineer at Takenaka Corporation for the Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 4 project and Project Engineer at Xinlianhe Construction Engineering in Singapore, managing the West Coast Crescent Condominium project. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Honours in Civil Engineering from The University of Auckland, a Diploma in Architecture Technology from BCA Academy, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Heilongjiang University.
