Laura Leigh Jones Robertson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and guest services within the entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Ryman Hospitality Properties since April 2011, Laura Leigh has successfully developed backstage tour products and VIP Services, creating a multi-million-dollar revenue stream and overseeing the entire department's strategy and management.
