Shannon Marshall, MBA, MHRM, serves as the Human Resources Business Partner at Ryman Hospitality Properties since June 2021, leading employee relations initiatives across multiple venues including Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Opry. In previous roles, Shannon worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Ryman, managing recruitment processes, and as Managing Director for Pineapple Talent Solutions, where consulting and recruitment services were provided to the hospitality sector. Shannon’s career includes significant experience at Red Roof Inn and Hilton Worldwide, holding various positions that ranged from Manager of Talent Acquisition to Banquet & Events Coordinator. Shannon holds an MBA and an MHRM from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Consumer Sciences from Ohio University.
