The Health Justice Team at RYSE Youth Center focuses on addressing health disparities and promoting equitable access to healthcare within the community. They provide direct support through case management, educational programming, and community outreach to ensure that all young people have the resources and knowledge to lead healthy lives. The team works collaboratively to advocate for systemic changes that uphold the health and dignity of youth and their families.
