Taber J. Small

Taber J. Small is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in commercial banking and investment. Currently serving as a Shareholder Investor at RYSE since July 2023, Taber previously held the position of Senior Vice President Commercial Banker at WesBanco from May 2023 to April 2024. Taber was also a fellow in the Black Venture Institute's Cohort 6 in December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President Commercial Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Vice President Business Banking Relationship Manager at PNC. Taber began a career in banking at Bank of America, progressing through multiple positions, including Credit Equity Underwriter and Home Equity Underwriter. Taber holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut and has extensive experience in building client relationships, developing business strategies, and understanding SBA products.
