Aatisha Mahajan

Aatisha Mahajan is an experienced professional in the field of geological and earth sciences, currently serving as Vice President of Exploration at Rystad Energy since August 2015, with a focus on open acreage analysis and resource estimation for conventional and unconventional shale plays. Prior roles at Rystad Energy include Product Manager for Exploration and Senior Analyst in Exploration. Aatisha has also held positions as an Exploration Analyst and Intern Analyst at the University of Oslo, where research involved seismic stratigraphy mapping and 3D seismic interpretation. Previous experience includes serving as a Junior Research Fellow at Delhi University, a Geologist in Business Development at Birla Technical Services, and completing a Master's degree at Heriot-Watt University. Aatisha holds a PhD in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Oslo, alongside two Master's degrees in Petroleum Geosciences and Geology from Panjab University.
