Beate Schjolberg

Beate Schjolberg has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Beate recently worked at Rystad Energy as an Editor and Senior Vice President of Analytics. Prior to that, they served as the Norway correspondent for Upstream, The International Oil & Gas Newspaper for 12 years. Beate also worked at Bloomberg LP, where they held the roles of Bureau Chief, Energy Editor, Reporter, and Editor. Beate began their career at Den norske bankforening as an Information Associate.

Beate Schjolberg attended the University of Westminster from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Communication and Media Studies. Beate later enrolled at the University of Oslo in 1992 and completed a foundation level subject in Political Science in 1993. From 2017 to 2019, Beate pursued further education at the University of Oslo, focusing on the Faculty of Law.
