Camilla Gjersvik

Camilla Gjersvik is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Senior Talent Manager at Rystad Energy since January 2020, where Camilla leads global initiatives on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, overseeing a talent pool of over 250 individuals and contributing to the implementation of a global talent strategy. Previously, Camilla held various roles at Vinmonopolet AS, advancing from Store Associate to Store Manager, managing operations, budget responsibilities, and employee development for one of Norway's most frequented wine retailers. Camilla’s extensive experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Management in HR from BI Norwegian Business School and additional certifications in wine and spirits education.
