Nigel York

Nigel York is currently the Vice President for Talent Acquisition at Rystad Energy, a research and business intelligence company. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing their global talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Prior to Rystad Energy, Nigel worked as a Technical Recruitment Advisor at Archer - the well company from 2018 to 2022. Nigel also had experience as an Account Manager at Brunel from 2015 to 2018, a Senior Consultant at Hydrogen Group from 2013 to 2015, a Specialist Search Consultant at Progressive Recruitment from 2012 to 2013, and a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays from 2007 to 2011.

Nigel York attended Oxford Brookes University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Dip HE in Civil Engineering. Nigel then pursued further education at the University of Central Lancashire, earning a Bachelor's degree from 2001 to 2004. Nigel later completed a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the same university from 2004 to 2005.
