Marco Rohns has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In their most recent role, they are currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Ryte since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Adoption Manager at e-bot7 - AI for Customer Service from February 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at eXperts consulting center from March 2020 to January 2021. Marco also has experience as a Project Manager at Move-Ment.net, where they worked on various projects from September 2011 to February 2020. In addition, they worked as Back Office at FC Bayern München from February 2018 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Facility & Office Manager at Aromas y Bamboo from October 2010 to August 2011, and as a Safety Specialist at Reciclajes M&S from October 2006 to November 2009.

Marco Rohns completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at ThePower Business School from 2020 to 2022. Marco then pursued a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate at Coursera from 2022 to 2023. Marco also earned a PowerMBA certification from ThePowerMBA in October 2020. In 2015, they received a Fußball Schiedsrichter/Football Referee certification from DFB GmbH. Additionally, Marco attended a Seminar for Entrepreneurs and Business Management offered by Ceoe Cepyme Cuenca in September 2010. Marco is also currently pursuing Google Certifications at Coursera, expected to be obtained in June 2023.
