Richard Black

Richard Black possesses extensive experience in management and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Manager and Team Lead at Rytech Restoration since November 2022, Richard has also held roles such as Lead Technician and Restoration Specialist. Previous positions include Customer Service Specialist at 925 Partners Insurance Agency, where Richard focused on customer policy assistance, and Warehouse Associate at GORUCK, managing inventory and training new employees. Richard's early career features a role as Water Damage Technician at Rytech, Inc., recognized for exceptional customer service. Additionally, Richard has coaching experience in rugby and CrossFit, and a strong foundation in production from time at Krispy Kreme. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from The University of Alabama.
