Tracy Soetaert

Tracy Soetaert has a diverse and extensive background in education and administration, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Rytech, Inc since July 2021. Prior experience includes teaching physical education and coaching volleyball and basketball at Tomball ISD from August 2020 to August 2021. Tracy also spent over 25 years at Conroe Independent School District in various roles, including Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, and Associate Principal of Operations, with responsibilities ranging from student discipline and teacher evaluations to overseeing building operations and staff development. Early career experience includes serving as Teacher and Head Coach at Anderson-Shiro CISD. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sam Houston State University, and an Associate of Arts in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Jacinto College.
