Adelina Ghilea is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in radio and project management. Currently serving as Media Coordinator at RZIM since November 2018, Adelina also co-founded Avant-Garde by Darius & Adelina in August 2017. Previous roles include Radio Manager at Asociația Misiunea Speranța, Radio Show Host and Producer at JoyFm, and Station Manager at Moody Campus Radio. At Moody Bible Institute, Adelina also trained staff and directed communications practicum students while contributing as a Producer for Moody Radio. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from Babes-Bolyai University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Moody Bible Institute.
