With previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at various companies, Elena has expertise in creating applicant pipelines, optimizing interview processes, and improving company culture. Elena also has experience as an HR Manager and Assistant of Legal & Compliance Department, showcasing their diverse skill set in human resources and administration. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Political Science from South East European University.
