Saad Daher

Saad Daher is a highly experienced civil engineer and production manager currently employed at S.A. de Obras y Servicios, COPASA since September 2015, where responsibilities include managing quality assurance, preparing work specifications, and supervising technical tasks for projects such as the Haramain high-speed railway. Notable experience also includes serving as a site civil engineer on projects involving drainage systems and access roads.
