Joseph Cortez is an experienced Environmental Scientist III currently employed at RRP Consulting Engineers LLC since May 2023 and S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. since April 2018, specializing in NEPA with a focus on Environmental Impact Statements, Environmental Assessments, and Phase I investigations.
