Lori Minnihan

Lori Minnihan has extensive experience in property management, real estate, and education. Currently serving as a Realtor and holding various positions including Leasing Administrator and Office Administrator at S.C. Swiderski, LLC since February 2017, Lori has also worked as a Realtor for SC Swiderski Real Estate since February 2021. Prior professional experience includes a role as Lead Infant Teacher at Aspirus YMCA from December 2010 to February 2017, and Lead Preschool Teacher at Knowledge Learning Corporation from September 1999 to November 2010. Additionally, Lori taught second grade at North Nodaway School District R-VI from August 1996 to May 1999. Lori Minnihan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northwest Missouri State University and the University of Northern Iowa.
