Shayne Fellenz

Shayne Fellenz is an experienced marketing professional with a background in project coordination and land acquisition. Currently serving as a Marketing Project Coordinator and Acquisition Coordinator at S.C. Swiderski since August 2020, Shayne focuses on researching and purchasing land for development projects in Wisconsin. Previous roles include Marketing Coordinator at The Waraksa Group, Leasing Assistant at Timberwolf Suites, Internet Marketing Consultant at Virtual Vision Computing, and Sales Representative at Cellcom. Shayne holds an Associate’s Degree in Digital Marketing from Northcentral Technical College, completed between 2014 and 2017.
