Chad Baril has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chad most recently worked as the Regional Director of Sales at S. G. Torrice, overseeing sales operations and managing a team. Before that, they were the Manager of Operations - Anesthesia at Medicus Healthcare Solutions. Prior to that, Chad held several roles at American Woodmark, including Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager, where they were responsible for managing sales teams and developing partnerships with Lowe's Home Improvement. Chad began their career as a Sales Representative at Central Distributors, Inc., where they managed the distribution of beverages to various accounts and achieved notable sales performance.
Chad Baril earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from Plymouth State University from 1997 to 2001. Chad then pursued a Masters in Leadership Studies at the University of Maine from 2008 to 2009. Subsequently, they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University from 2009 to 2012.
