Rohit Saraogi is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Keva, a major Indian fragrance and flavor company, Rohit oversees financial operations for a business with revenues exceeding Rs 1500 Cr and an EBITDA margin of over 15%. Prior to Keva, Rohit was Head of Finance at Bajaj Consumer Care, managing finances for a Rs 900 Cr listed company, and held pivotal positions at DIAGEO India, Marico Limited, Reckitt Benckiser, The Coca-Cola Company, and Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited, demonstrating expertise in financial management, business partnering, and operational controls. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St Xavier's College, Kolkata, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant as well as a Company Secretary, with ongoing education from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
