Jai heads SIP AMAL, a programme to train young kids of age 5-7 years, since 2010. He joined SIP as a franchisee in Hyderabad in 2003 and moved on to Delhi as State Head in 2005. Between 2007 to 2010, Jai was Business Head for North & West for SIP Abacus programme. With work experience footprints across all the states of Northern India, Rajasthan in West & Andhra in South, he is a graduate in electronics from Pune University.Jai enjoys his time in SIP AMAL for the opportunity to develop the programme from almost scratch and deliver its multifaceted benefits to children, core among them being the children becoming smarter & independent learners.
