Ricardo Martinho is a seasoned sports scientist with extensive experience in the field of sports performance and coaching. Since May 2011, Ricardo has worked at Sport Lisboa e Benfica, holding roles such as Sports Scientist and Strength & Conditioning specialist for indoor sports at Benfica LAB. Prior to this, from August 2007 to June 2011, Ricardo served as a youth football coach for teams U12, U14, and U16 at Uniao Mucifalense, and from October 2005 to June 2007, as a youth coach for U10 and U12 at Grupo Desportivo Cova da Piedade. Ricardo holds a Master's degree in Sports Training from Universidade Lusófona, attained between 2015 and 2017, and a Licentiate degree in Sports and Exercise from ISEIT, completed in 2009.
