Angelica Redfern

Angelica joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2007. She has sixteen years experience managing large single and multi-phase affordable communities as well as experience in transitioning and on-boarding acquisition communities. She was responsible for a successful and speedy lease-up of a new affordable development in Fredericksburg in 2017 and was most recently promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2018.
