His background also includes roles as principal broker, shareholder, and owner of successful companies involved in commercial and residential real estate brokerage and development.

Doug’s career holds over 10 years as a successful developer and builder of residential housing, including 9 active adult condominium communities located in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

As a land expert with a thorough knowledge of the Richmond market and beyond, he has a proven track record as a top producer, representing investors, lenders, developers, medical practices, and Fortune 500 clients in sales and leasing transactions.
