Elisa Frankert

Elisa joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. as a Regional Property Manager in 2020. She currently oversees operations of both conventional and affordable apartment communities in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

She began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Camden Property Trust in 2002 in Las Vegas. With her 13 year tenure with Camden she managed five properties, winning the Property of The Year Award in 2012 and 2013. After leaving Camden Property Trust, she worked with the Beacon Management as a District Manager in 2015 gaining experience with third party management, asset and project management.

Elisa’s experience and knowledge allows her to take under achieving properties and create communities with high occupancy and positive cash flows.
