Martin Murden

Martin Murden is a Senior Associate at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Prior to their current position, Murden was a Property Manager at The Katsias Company from June 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they assisted in positively representing the company, became successful at allocating specific duties to enhance property value, and effectively managed a handful of properties. From December 2013 to February 2014, Murden worked as an Event Marketing Specialist for Campus Special, where they implemented event marketing campaigns, promoted various advertising mediums, and utilized social media platforms to promote brand awareness and visibility. Prior to their work in marketing, Murden was a Tour Guide for Chesapean Outdoors from May 2009 to August 2013. Martin also has experience as an entrepreneur, having served as President and Founder of Coastal Marine Detailing from May 2008 to August 2011.

Martin Murden's educational career includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Tourism and Commercial Managment from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
