Sam Rapoport

Sam joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2015. He specializes in Office and Industrial sales and leasing, investment sales, and national retail tenant representation. Sam has proven success at representing both tenants and property owners to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial transactions throughout the Hampton Roads region.

Sam is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College where he was an Academic Scholarship Athlete and a member of the Lacrosse Program for all four years. Prior to his transition to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., Sam worked in the retail banking industry with local, long-time client TowneBank.
