Susan joined S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2009 and has more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

As Corporate Marketing Director, Susan oversees all marketing plans and efforts for brokerage and corporate services. She ensures the successful implementation of the Company’s long range goals and coordinates the corporate marketing functions to improve overall growth and profitability.
