James Krasowski

James Krasowski has extensive work experience in controller and legal roles. James served as the Controller and In House Counsel at S.M. Hentges & Sons Inc since 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Counsel at Kudelski Security, Inc. (f/k/a Milestone Systems) from 2010 to 2017. Before that, they worked as a Controller at Instrument Control Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2009 and at Friedges, Inc. from 2002 to 2005. Furthermore, they served as the Controller and Corporate Counsel at Seracki Management Corporation from 1999 to 2002 and at All Seasons Landscape & Design, Inc. from 1998 to 1999.

James Krasowski completed their education with a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1992. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 1991. Their undergraduate education took place at Saint John's University from 1983 to 1987, where they studied Economics and Spanish.
