Scott Farrar

Scott Farrar is a Senior Gear Engineer at S P Gear. Scott has also worked as an Executive Assistant at Rowan University and as the owner of Bible Snacks Co.

Scott started their career in 2010 as an Executive Assistant at Rowan University. In this role, they assisted in office management, managed student workers, researched job descriptions for the new Cooper Medical School, established conference rooms under 25 Live, Blackboard/ Self Service/ Native Banner Assistance, removed holds from student records, assisted with the campus Experience, directed parents and students with vital information, Academic Coach, assisted in student basic skills testing, maintained summary reports, disseminated interoffice correspondence, student time sheets, developed a campus survey, assisted in the campus magazine, analyzed reports and processed purchase orders.

In 2011, Scott became the owner of Bible Snacks Co., a position they held until 2014. During their time as owner of Bible Snacks Co., Scott was responsible for all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and financial management.

In 2014, Scott joined S P Gear as a Senior Gear Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for the design, development, and testing of gears and gearboxes for a variety of applications.

Scott has a passion for engineering and for helping others. Scott is dedicated to their work and to making a positive impact on the world around him.

Scott Farrar has a Master of Arts (MA) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Rowan University, a Master’s Degree in Counseling In Educational Settings (CES- Professional School Counselor) from Rowan University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Rowan University. Scott also has certification from LinkedIn in Create A Brand Strategy, Strategic Planning Foundations, and Strategic Thinking.
