Michael Teoh Su Lim is the Founder of Thriving Talents, a human resource development and training company focused on enhancing the potential of Gen-Y and Millennial workforce talents. Since its establishment in 2012, the company has partnered with notable clients, including Microsoft and Intel, to deliver talent development training. Michael currently holds various leadership roles, including Member of the Board of Trustees for S P Setia's Setia Foundation and Vice President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers. Additionally, Michael serves as an Advisory Member for the International Alumni Reference Group at AUT Business School and is involved with multiple organizations as an Investor and Board Member.
