Emmanuel Manios has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and IT helpdesk. Emmanuel started their career at Avon Canada as an IT Helpdesk - Stagiaire in 2014. Emmanuel then joined nZone Media as a Technical Support Specialist in 2016. In 2018, Emmanuel joined SSENSE as a Desktop Support Technician, where they provided troubleshooting and managed software and hardware procurement. Emmanuel gradually progressed to the role of Senior Enterprise Support Technician, where they also handled equipment procurement from various companies. Currently, Emmanuel holds the position of Lead Enterprise Support Technician at SSENSE, where they manage licensing, access requests, and provides troubleshooting support to employees. Additionally, Emmanuel is also the Owner of CasualBreaksMTL, a venture they started in 2021.

Emmanuel Manios obtained an Associate's Degree in Internet & Network Security from CDI College, Pointe-Claire, from the year 2012 to 2014. Emmanuel also holds additional certifications in Okta Essentials from Okta, Inc. (obtained in 2020) and ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice (obtained in 2016).
