S Squared Advisors is not your traditional investment firm or hedge fund. We focus on real, tangible returns for our clients. We steer clear of fads and fake-products because we believe in tangibility and accountability. As the co-founders, Mike Heffernan and Chris Angelo, we purposefully created a different sense of partnership knowing many investors are underserved and undervalued at traditional firms.

With decades of experience between the partners, we offer a different, elevated for of investing. We have formulated processes designed to capture the upside volatility can offer, as well as the downside protection it affords.

We are redefining equity investment management through synergistically combining volatility and value factors to optimize the risk and return profile of our clients’ portfolios in favor of fundamentally strong companies.

Our specialized investment approach believes in the confluence of volatility and value. Our strategies reflect the idea that investing in stocks exhibiting optimal volatility while backed by high-quality fundamentals can yield significant risk-adjusted returns. Our systematic approach results in a well-constructed portfolio composed of companies that embody solid balance sheets, are highly profitable, efficiently use capital, and most importantly, have superior margin of safety. This unique and complementary combination creates what we call the Minimum Variance Value Portfolio “MVVP.”

Intrigued? We offer a complementary audit of your current portfolio - a scorecard, if you will, against what you could be seeing in return.

We have yet to see a diversified portfolio maintain the level of exposure to value/quality factors as our MVVP portfolios. Will you be the first?

Let us show you that there is an elevated way to invest your assets for the future, today.
