Tom Rodgers is the current Vice President of Field Operations at S.W. Rodgers Company, Inc. Prior to their current position, Tom held various management positions within the IT field at Lockheed Martin. Tom was with Lockheed Martin from 1996 to 1999, and again from 1999 to 2000. During their time there, they acted as the Space Launch Systems Information Resource Manager. In this role, they reported directly to the company CIO and was responsible for all IT management for assigned program areas within LM.
Tom is a key member of the executive teams on the four major programs within SLS. Tom is responsible for delivering high quality IT tools and services to their respective program teams. Tom has also successfully overcome various challenges, such as developing annual plans for implementing new technologies while decreasing a recurring budget, rebuilding a team of 100 highly skilled IT professionals, and developing successful solutions for implementing corporate IT initiatives.
Tom Rodgers has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics Engineering from Loyola University Maryland.
Tom Rodgers works with Rick Long - VP, Project Administration, Richard Byrd - VP, Equipment Division, and Dave Burns - Chief Estimator. Tom Rodgers reports to P. Kurt Rodgers, President & CEO.
