Tom Butler, MBA has over 30 years of experience working in various roles within the United States Air Force, Clemson University, Defense Acquisition University, LMI, and S2 Analytical Solutions LLC. Their role titles have included Aviation Mechanic/Manager, Logistics Readiness Officer, Program Manager, Senior Logistics Mentor, Chief of Strategic Movements, Professor of Life Cycle Logistics, Adjunct Professor of Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Senior Logistics Manager, and Program Manager. Tom has extensive experience in leading Integrated Product Teams responsible for accomplishing program objectives across the life-cycle, developing acquisition and sustainment strategies for several programs, and providing logistic consulting to DoD senior executives. Tom has also led several Executive Level briefings and is certified in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Tom Butler, MBA received their Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2001. In 2005, they obtained their Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification in Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics from the Defense Acquisition University. Butler also received their Air Force Petroleum (AFPET) Logistic Management certification from the United States Air Force in 2004. In 2006, Butler completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Trident University International. Additionally, they obtained their Airframe, Power Plant, or Repairer License from the Federal Aviation Administration in 1999.
